Founder and creative visionary, Tim founded Ascend Media Co with determination to uplift those around him. As a speaker, podcast host, blogger, and aspiring writer, he speaks with passion and depth to inspire and motivate individuals and leaders.
Tim brings a rare combination of frontline experience, executive leadership, and creative strategy. With 13 years in industrial chemical manufacturing, Tim has worked at every level of operations — from entry-level laborer to site manager. He has served in both hourly and salaried roles across safety and operations, giving him a unique ability to connect with employees at every level of an organization.
